A deposit of at least 50% is required before starting ALL projects. Full payment is required before delivering the final files to the client.

All payments are to be made via Zelle or Apple Pay.

Projects with discounted pricing or included in design packages must be paid in FULL before starting the project. No refunds will be provided once the design process has started for discounted projects.

Cancellations are allowed before the project is completed. 50% of the total cost is non-refundable once the design process has commenced. If a project has been paid in full, 50% of the total cost is refundable. No cancellations or refunds are permitted after project completion and approval.

The client is responsible for the costs of design assets, such as stock photos, fonts, and graphic elements, included in the initial pricing. Some assets may incur additional fees beyond the initial pricing.

Rush service and turnaround times can be discussed and may incur additional fees.

Client information will not be disclosed to the public or any third party without client permission. All projects will remain confidential until the client releases the work(s) to the public or grants permission for their release.

All designs are original and free from plagiarism. Design assets used are paid for and properly licensed. The client is responsible for owning or licensing images and messaging provided for the design. The client is responsible for errors in the messaging they provide.

Designs created are custom and exclusive to each client. The rights to the designs belong to the client only after final payment is made. Any concepts not selected and paid for by the client cannot be used elsewhere to avoid copyright infringement. Client credit and acknowledgment are appreciated but not required.

I reserve the right to display the work(s) in my portfolio, unless there are privacy concerns.

Small revisions are permitted after providing the initial concept(s). Any revisions requested beyond the agreed-upon number may be subject to additional charges.

Source files (e.g., .psd files) are not included with the final design. Source files are available at any time for an additional fee, which must be paid in full before delivery.

A project is considered abandoned if no communication is received from the client for 30 days. Rights to use any work presented during the project will not be granted, unless the project has been paid in full. Contacting me after the 30-day abandonment will require a start-up fee.

Printing and shipping services are available for any project. The printed materials' colors may slightly differ from those shown on screens due to varying screen color settings.
